UPDATE: I initially left a bad review because the app kept crashing, but I stuck with it deciding to give it another go and finally got it to work. I’m glad that I did because I really love the hd, crystal clear wide view, how easy it is to operate and ease of placement (it sticks very tight and securely anywhere). I haven’t had anymore issues since completely setting it up. I’ll watch it for another week or so and if all goes well, I plan to purchase another 1 to 2 of their doorbell cameras.
Overall, I am very impressed with the pro doorbell setup and the app. However, it’s a shame there is no facal recognition yet. This would be a fabulous feature to see introduced. My only complaint is the calling feature when someone rings the bell. Although it is a good feature to have, I’d rather see a notification to answer the door and customise its ringtone. Fantastic support team and developers, 10stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent and easy to use app. I wish a mosaic view be provided on atleast 08 cameras installed for simultaneous short live view. Web viewing option is highly suggested too. Regards,
I have used this app with the WUUK Doorbell for over a year now and have actually found it to be very good and very stable. I have had to seek some support on one occasion and found that side of things to be very good. The only issues I have encountered have actually not been with the app itself but with setting up a new WiFi to replace my old network name, which as I say was resolved with tech support promptly.
So far I like the app. Have 2 camera’s and doorbell. My suggestion would be to make update on regulating motion’s to be regulated with scheduling. For example I don’t need doorbell and 1 camera monitoring front yard in the morning, I have to go to app a manualy turn off motion every day. It would be nice to have that on schedule. I just want to say I like the APP and the product more than before, and it’s a great choice! I read many reviews saying that the battery life was terrible and I too had that experience. I would fully charge it and by the end of the day I would lose 10% of the charge, which was so frustrating! I realized because I live on a busy street the camera was constantly being triggered, so I tried to adjust the settings. Now that I’ve resolved the battery issue, I think this doorbell is great!😁😁👍🏻
I purchased this smart doorbell and installed it at front door where people come and packages are left. Installation was a breeze! Mounting the device took like 10 minutes, downloading the app took 2 minutes, so in about 15 minutes everything is setup and ready for use. The motion detection works perfectly. The first 20 minutes I got notification for a vehicle on the street passed our house. After I adjusted it and no more false alarms happened ever since.
The Wuuk team have managed to take on board the suggestions, comments and complaints of customers and gradually improving the functionality of their doorbell. Great work for listening to our ideas, and making these changes. thanks!! Whilst some people have rated the doorbell and app below bar, I remain happy with the item. Yes, there is some delays, and not everything is captured..however I believe its a solid work in progress.. and its well on its way. Thanks again Wuuk!!
Happy with the app, works great with wired 360 cam. Great value and functions for such a relatively cheap camera. The record and screenshot functions work flawlessly with no lag, as do all others. The only thing I don’t like is the constant “wuuk is running in the background” notification.
